Brian Austin Green, coming off the cancellation of Sarah Connor Chronicles, may be joining the cast of The CW’s One Tree Hill. The show’s seventh season will air in the fall.

The Hollywood Reporter says the character, Clayton, is “a brash sports agent who represents Nathan Scott’s (James Lafferty) basketball interests and has become a close friend, ally, business partner and advisor to him while also enjoying the spoils that come from being a wealthy, handsome single guy.”

Some seem to be wondering how things will work out for the show with the departure of original cast members Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton. I’m personally wondering what is going on with Antwon Tanner since his arrest and if Skills will be returning. Truthfully, long as Sophia Bush is around I’m loving the show.

Earlier this week, though I was too lazy to post, Connor Chroncles’ Summer Glau is also said to be joining up with Fox’s sci-fi series Dollhouse. Her addition to the sophomore year will be celebrated, I’m sure. Executive producer Joss Whedon told news sources he’s planning on removing Glau from her type-cast robo-woman of few words and creating a very talkative, outgoing character for her. Glau is apparently excited for the chance.
